About Coprinus

Coprinus is also calledshaggy ink cap. In Latin: Coprinus comatus. It’s highly prized in gastronomy and also has a firm place in European mycotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine. It has been shown to contain a significant amount of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, and all of them in an unusually balanced composition. Furthermore, it also has a significant concentration of proteins. Coprinus also contains all essential amino acids, which humans need. According to Chinese medicine, its main domain is the so-called Xiao Ke (three thirstings). This state is close to what we call diabetes mellitus II, or simply diabetes.  Strictly monitored blood sugar tests are always important and especially when using Coprinus.
