Carmen Marin
Carmen Marin is an Acupuncturist and Chinese Medical Massage Tuina practitioner based in Dublin and Naas, County Kildare.
Carmen has obtained a Diploma in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) with the Spanish MTC school in collaboration with Beijing and Yunnan universities, where she studied Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Chinese Medical Massage called Tuina. She also has a Certificate and Diploma in Tuina from Tuina Therapy Ireland.
In 2016 Carmen studied Microacupuncture in USA with Dr. Per Otte OMD a well known acupuncturist and eye specialist practising in West Virginia where she completed over 800 clinical hours learning how to treat medically diagnosed degenerative eye diseases with acupuncture and nutrition.
In 2017 Carmen was also fortunate to meet and study with Dr Dahlgren and obtain some of his inside into Microacupuncture.
For Carmen, it is important to provide each person with individualized care and attention. Her holistic and patient-centred approach allows her to treat the root cause of health problems, rather than just temporarily deal with the symptoms. She uses Acupuncture, Chinese Medical Massage Tuina, Auricular Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping Therapy and Bach flowers, giving the patient the most personalized care possible.
She has successfully treated patients for a wide range of conditions including sciatica, frozen shoulder, back and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, stress, insomnia, headaches, menstrual problems and pregnancy issues, such as pelvic and back pain or morning sickness. Carmen is also offering cosmetic acupuncture for facial rejuvenation.
Lukas Havla
Lukas Havla is practising Acupuncture in Dublin and in Naas Co. Kildare.
He has obtained his Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Shanghai Acupuncture College Ireland in association with Shanghai 6th People’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University where he studied under direct guidance from medical doctors and professors practising acupuncture in medical hospital settings in China.
He also studied intensively over a period of years TuiNa Physical Therapy with Tuina Therapy Ireland from where he successfully acquired both Certificate and Diploma in Tui-Na. This first-hand experience allowed him to further expand his knowledge and clinical practice in physical manipulation, deep tissue massage, cupping, moxibustion and other alternative therapies and TCM components to a greater benefit to his patients.
Lukas is also practising Microacupuncture along with Carmen, helping patients with degenerative eye disease to improve their eyesight.
During a course of time he was also fortunate to meet with Dr Dahlgren and learn some insights from his vast clinical practice.
Lukas is a caring and passionate practitioner focussing on client’s individual physiological and emotional needs helping to restore their natural balance and reduce pain.
