Dried maitake (Grifola frondosa) is suitable for gastronomic use. It contains active substances in the natural proportion of the source mushroom.

Our Maitake is grown on organic substrate. This substrate is based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, fresh soil, cane sugar and natural gypsum. The part of the mushroom we use is fruitbody.

Suggested Dosage

Basic preparation:

Pour hot water on the required amount and let them swell for 30 minutes. The recommended cooking time is at least 10-15 minutes.
