Shiitake is called the queen among vital mushrooms or elixir of life because of its high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Here we offer it in powder form/biomass, when the dried mushroom’s fruiting body is ground to a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method which breaks the chitin shell of a cell and releases the active substances. This form has a more delicate effect compared with extract.

All the raw mushroom material used in the production of our mushroom products is tested before processing in the Agrolab German independent laboratory for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and human-dangerous microorganisms. Our Shiitake is grown on organic substrate. This substrate is based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum.The part of the mushroom we use is fruitbody.
